Discovering Seeds of Spiritual Awareness —
Cultivating a Life of Meaning, Purpose and Sustainable Inner Serenity.

 

In this course, we shall explore excerpts from Planting Seeds of the Divine: Torah Commentaries to Cultivate Your Spiritual Practice. We shall locate, excavate and contemplate on spiritual middot —  seeds of spiritual awareness — that are embedded in selected Torah portions. Each class also includes a guided contemplative spiritual practice connected to the middah under discussion.

Classes will be recorded and emailed to those who have registered.
